Proff Installasjon AS is an F-gas certified specialist in refrigeration and air conditioning technology, established in 2012 by the couple Michaela and Jan Mastalir. The company is family-owned and is still run by the founders, who from the start emphasized long-term quality and personal follow-up.
Over the years, Proff Installasjon has built a strong reputation for quality work and good servicewhich has allowed us to collaborate with some of the largest international and Norwegian players in the industry. Among other things, we have contributed to the reconstruction and modernization of over 300 stores throughout Norway, an experience that has given us unique insight into effective solutions for retail and commercial premises.

About Our Services
With us you get the full range of heating, ventilation, cooling and air conditioning technology – whether you are a business, industrial player or private customer. We install and maintain everything from modern heat pumps in homes to advanced cooling systems for shops, industrial buildings and offshore installations.
We have particularly long experience with rebuilding and upgrading refrigeration systems in grocery stores across the country, and have become a reliable partner for the food industry. In industry, we deliver tailor-made solutions for production facilities, cold stores and other environments where operational reliability and precise temperature control are crucial.
We are also well equipped offshore and maritime – with approved expertise and experience from demanding installations on both platforms and vessels.
